In 2019, we were able to finish the renewal of Android app in May using Wantedly’s new design system. We also made a lot of internal changes to the code base of our app. Most importantly, we re-architected our test infrastructure and decreases the number of fatal crash by 65%. I was also able to write a couple of blog posts and given a talk at KotlinFest Tokyo 2019.
In 2020, I hope to be more proactive in making our Android app to be a world-class application and also help to create an environment where writing test is easy and fun. I also hope there are chances for me to contribute to open-source projects within the next year. Last but not least, I hope to be a better tech writer and speaker that can represent Wantedly on the global stage.
