Required Skills
- Proficient in Japanese (no degree required)
- Experience in developing, maintaining and operating ABAP
- Experience in implementing and operating SAP ERP systems
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA
Desired Skills
- Experience in ERP project implementation and system development
- SAP certified
- Experience in training junior staff, OJT and management
- English skills, knowledge of healthcare, finance and insurance (can be used depending on the project)
