I`m Tomoyuki and I am in charge of Human Resources here at Aldagram.

This time, I would like to share with you an interview with Ms. Pam from Global Business Development, who joined our company on November 1th.

Reason for joining the Aldagram／Global Business Development

――Please introduce yourself.

I started my first job as an executive headhunter for manufacturing clients. I continued with being an executive headhunter for the following 7 years before I shifted my career to SaaS sales and relocated to Singapore. I joined LinkedIn as an AE for mid-market and moved up to enterprise and partnerships lead for regional clients (APAC), and co-led a few deals with EMEA and NAMAR clients.

――Why did you decide to change jobs?

I left LinkedIn to pursue a master’s degree at Columbia University (NYC) and came back to Thailand in September 2023. My goal was to join a startup with a few operational years, and expand its overseas footprint.

――What was your job search like?

I was contacted by a headhunter via LinkedIn for a career opportunity at Aldagram Inc. After reading through the job description and knowing more details, I became excited (and curious) about the company. Also, the role of global business development fits my career goal. Hence, it wasn’t a difficult decision to make.

――What were the deciding factors for you to join Aldagram?

The deciding factors for me upon joining Aldagram Inc were the role (and responsibility) and the company’s growth plan for the global team and Thailand as a hub. I wanted to become a part who could contribute to the expansion and also help Aldagram Inc. grow their partnerships.

ーーWhat challenges do you want to take on in the future with Aldagram?

As the company grows, I want to have an opportunity to look after more markets, in both business development and partnerships enablement aspects. I want to help improve sales training in which the new joiners in the global business development department will benefit from.
