The application is spread across multiple environment hence version control and application deployment were a challenge. The initiative is to improve claim process and introduce flexible, robust, efficient validation process. Role Description Improve the claim process. Understand, elicit and analyze the current claim process, validation criteria. Model the validation criteria and find the loop-holes in the process. Mine claim data, study the pattern and formulate claim validation criteria that meets business objective for all APJ countries and simulate the formulated criteria. Key Responsibilities • Define the current claim process and analyze deficiencies, inconsistencies, bottle neck and delays. • Analyze current set of claims and understand the claiming pattern. • Develop strategy to improve the validation process for 14 countries (APJ). • Simulate the validation strategies developed. • Developed acceptance and evaluation criteria claim pass percentage, failure percentage, further investigation percent, accuracy of legible claims • Prepare glossary, Data dictionaries (for Data elements) for country sales team, internal claim processing team and development team. • Perform root cause analysis to pin down the loophole / inadequacy in the system. • Help claim processing team; sales team make decision on the change strategy to be adopted and define the scope of the claim validation change. • Collaborate (conduct scrum meetings) with development team on daily basis to prioritize, resolve issues and evaluate the sprint progress. • Assess the risks around the new claim process, develop strategies to mitigate the risks. • Develop and execute Test Scripts for UAT. • Review work product developed by Development team periodically to ensure adherence with organizational standards. • Prepare users for acceptance test. Role Description Responsible to understand the new policy purchasing software DMCC was seeking for the companies in their zone, develop trustworthy relationship with the stakeholders (representative companies (in DMCC zone)) and help them through the new policy procurement process. Isolate common (health insurance) needs, design the form and align the solution with regulatory standards. Track the progress of the initiative. Key Responsibilities • Plan business analysis approach, sprints and releases • Identify stakeholders and collaborate with all the stakeholders (company HR representatives, JLT Brokers, IT infrastructure, cyber security team, development team) on regular basis. • Elicit, understand and model requirements like sizes of the companies, categories of employees based on their salary / position, health insurance needs. The initiative was driven by the brokers (in JLT) to provide a platform for their lawyer clients. Role Description Role Description Responsible for Stakeholder collaboration, understand their needs, plan project approach and lead the implementation team. Identify key stakeholders from various departments. Collaborate and develop common understanding of the initiative. Define project and solution scope. Elicit, understand and model professional indemnity insurance need of the law firms and isolate common features. Track, monitor and report initiative progress. The Initiative was to improve the system from security standpoint and make it compliant with JLT’s security standards. The application was developed in legacy technology and was not secure to meet JLT’s security standards. Role description Responsible to understand the new security regulations of the organization, propose and implement strategy to align 17-year-old system with organizational standards. Improve the claim process system, integrate it with upstream payment system. Collaborate and induct with stakeholders with the new system and process. Evaluate the legacy system and understand the short-comings in terms of functionality, security and claim process. Brainstorm and propose improvement opportunities to refine user experience, eliminate redundancy and remove bottlenecks. Develop/define change strategy and project scope.
