I was responsible for rebuilding and developing online marketing strategies for the SMB market. This involved designing user flows and improving customer experience. Additionally, I analyzed trends in security products and developed promotional strategies to penetrate the market.
As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, my main responsibility was managing a project focused on customer renewal notifications. I successfully improved operations by transitioning from traditional envelope notifications to email notifications. This project not only reduced costs but also established an effective customer lifecycle management system. I also explored opportunities for online promotion to increase customer touchpoints.
