Teachers at BHLC often work as a team. They share ideas and strive for improvement. Class management is one of the keys to producing the best results in the allotted period. Teachers need to be aware of students’ abilities and desires. They must also show flexibility and be able to adjust their prepared teaching plans as necessary to meet students’ specific needs.
