- Optimization of supply chain
In order to make sure stable supply with the shortest L/T, I was leading the project includes the following working with stakeholders - make sure that we use the shortest L/T for the shipment - from the port, enhance operational optimization - adjust timing and amount to deliver at scheduled timing
