Contemporary Playwright Series 5: J-P Sartre "No Exit" Festival Every year, “The Contemporary Playwright Series” offered by the theater d-soko (TOKYO) picks up one play written by one of the famous contemporary artists, such as Bertolt BRECHT, Eugene IONESCO, Fernando ARRABAL, and Shuji TERAYAMA. It focuses on differences of the artistic directors who participate in the event. This year shelf is participating in the 5th edition of the event; “J-P Sartre ‘No Exit’ Festival” in May. The performances are going to be all in Japanese.
