Park Chan-hee, Kim Hyun-ho, and Yang Woo-seop retire, veterans leaving the court
Park Chan-hee, Kim Hyun-ho, and Yang Woo-seop put down the basketball. KBL ended the self-negotiation of FA in 2024 on the 21st. Of the total 46 players eligible for FA, 28 have completed their contracts, and four have retired. The remaining 14 FA will receive letters of intent from 10 clubs from the 22nd to the 24th. Park Chan-hee chose to retire. Park Chan-hee joined Jeonggwanjang with the first overall pick in the 2010 Rookie Draft. Yang Woo-seop, the third in the second round of the 2008 rookie draft, also retired. Yang played 612 games in his career, achieving the record of 600 games from the second round after Kim Dong-wook. Although he was a second-round pick, he was the longest professional player in the 2008 draft. SK also announced Yang Woo-seop's retirement through SNS.
