This project "Shibuya Project" is achieved with Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Background: At night on 2011-03-11, mount of people could not go home since any transportation was stopped. At the same goverimet's handling becomes hard to contoll these pople. Project: This project shows the value of utilizing big data and mining technology, Output: Analyzing 200,000 tweets with "Shibuya" with "Mieruka Engine" which is text-mining tool and restaging "what is happen" around Shibuya from tweet.
