• Spearheaded the project War on Waste (WOW) and secured savings of USD 11 Million for FY 2016-17 by pinpointing high OPEX areas/functions, analyzing savings opportunities, and initiating appropriate action on each reduced expense. Review, develop and enhance MIS reports on an on-going basis.
