MicroRNA Target Prediction: Collaborated closely with researchers to advance microRNA target prediction methodologies. Web Application Development: Developed a user-friendly web application for querying the backend microRNA target predictor, facilitating easier access and interaction with prediction data.
Developed a web application that helps people to learn reading and writing Japanese Kanji. The application is a responsive web site that works on both mobile devices and desktop browsers.
Conception, development and maintenance of several web applications available to the EPFL community. Working on all aspects of the applications, such as user interface design, back-end and front-end development.
Research on Psychological State Prediction: Designed and developed a sophisticated visualization tool to aid researchers in navigating and annotating data collected from ubiquitous sensors, including video cameras and computer logs.
