- Supported the organization in meeting its mission of “transforming public education with teachers”. Managed the full project aiming to solve the issue of teachers being overworked so that they can invest more time in improving lessons and developing their professional skills.

- Re-defined the operation flow of the national scholarship management system in order to make it more convenient for students and staff from the administrative agency, especially regarding system maintenance and change management.

- Designed a new training program regarding critical thinking for Vietnamese employees working at a Japanese company. Developed a program composed of not only a lecture but also various case studies from a daily working situation where trainees needed to apply frameworks from the lecture to analyze actual problems.

2015年1月~12月留学

- Designed a curriculum aimed at supporting the self-managed learning of students and focusing on developing curiosity and collaboration skills. - Produced videos to acquire programming skills for children at the elementary and middle school levels.
