An impact of free shipping threshold on customers and retailers
This is my dissertation. In this project, I built up the survey by questionnaires and they are spread out among people living in Singapore. The objective of this project is to better understand the relationship between pre-purchase stage which is customer expectations and post-purchase stage which is customer experience. That connection leads to customer satisfaction which is the key point to encourage customer spending in order to maximise the business profit.
