Work alongside international Creative Production and Editorial teams to help coordinate the Digital content management of the iTunes Store, App Store, Music and iBooks store
Led successful implementation of Salesforce.com’s “Sales Cloud” service as the System Administrator. 6 months after the implementation, I have managed to improve the efficiency of operation process which led to a 3.5 times increase of deals and a 2.2 times increase of closed deals. This result is introduced by USE, Inc on their website as one of their “Customer Success Stories”.

- Manage a team of Production Operations Technicians (Sydney, Tokyo, Beijing, Singapore) - Work alongside international Creative Production and Editorial teams to help coordinate the Digital content management of the iTunes Store, App Store, Music and iBooks store
Coordinate the efforts of the creative, editorial and technical leads in the weekly assembly of components that lead to the to deployment of the iTunes Store for the desktop, AppleTV, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include ongoing quality assurance, updates, and maintaining the integrity of the store.
Led company wide project to update Ustream site and content design, coordinating and synchronizing departments in Japan (including sales, marketing, operations, customer support, product engineering, legal teams) and international offices in Korea, Hungary and the USA.

Coordinated with development team in Hungary to identify, prioritize and fix bugs. Also worked with sales team to proactively identify and resolve issues impacting revenue, which also led to doubling speed of resolving issues. Reduced employee escalations by ~50% as a result of creating a knowledge database and redesigning issue escalations.
