*KE Partners Assisted already growing real estate company in Yangon to help achieve their sales targets. Created proposals, site evaluations, team training, investor meetings and events relating to real estate. A key aspect of this project was a re branding and assisting setting new goals and strategy for the company. We were tasked to fully evaluate the whole company and propose the direction in which it should take. Assisted in evaluation of new target locations in Myanmar for potential investment which would be added to the company's portfolio. Mentored key staff in management, leadership and sales skills. Conducted sales events with the team for new condo launches in Yangon.
