I am a Graphic Designer, passionate about designing. I completed Graphics Design course from BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services) in October 2017. Now I am also interested in UI/UX Design. So I completed Udacity’s User Experience Nanodegree Program on February 2021. As a designer, I want to continue creating products that make people’s lives easier and make people smile.
I want to be a famous Graphics Designer, UI/UX Designer.
• Creating mockups and wireframes based on requirements • Design / layout of product illustrations, company logos, websites, mobile applications etc. • Prototypes of design / layouts • Offering inputs to meetings and sharing creative ideas
• Manage and resolve customer complaints • Respond to customer's emails • Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and emails • Research required information using available resources
•Provide one-stop quality Customer Service over phone to ensure positive customer experience •Proactively aware/inform customers regarding GP products/service •Capture customer insights and escalate critical issues / complaints
• Learn more about latest technologies and particularly Microsoft technologies • Host fun workshops and give demos on campus to grow a community of students • Promote the technologies • Build and grow a community of students on-campus and online
