My leadership experience that stems from my academics include: 1. Malaysian Studies Course (2013) Team leader in field studies of food and beverages business (Lof Bakery) in Kuching, Malaysia. 2. Moral Studies Course (2013) Team leader in field studies of life and jobs for the blind people in Sarawak Society for the Blind (SSB) Centre in Kuching, Malaysia. 3. Hubungan Etnik Course (2014) Team leader in research on the ethnicity and roots of the local people in Kuching, Malaysia. 4. Organisation and Management Course (2016) Team leader in research and creation of a ‘Not for Profit’ organization profile. 5. Innovative Business Practice Course (2017) Team leader in research on social awareness versus emotional intelligence topic (self-awareness, self-regulation, and relationship management.). 6. Advanced Innovative Business Practice Course (2018) Team leader in research for ‘For-Profit Social Enterprise’. The relevant research include the enterprise target audience, external analysis, financial analysis, marketing strategies, innovation and social impacts. 7. Industry Consulting Project Course (2019) Team leader in research on psychological wellbeing, physical wellbeing, social wellbeing, and environment wellbeing for Cahaya Mata Sarawak (CMS). CMS is one of the cements manufacturers of roads, pavement, and highway in Malaysia.
