We automate Guest Enquiries, Reservations and Services, to increase operational efficiency, revenue channels and guest satisfaction. Integrating levels of chatbot, Machine Learning and AI, to better help travellers leverage on local knowledge, resources and services, presented to them in the format that best suits them.

your main responsibilities will be to:
・Identify, reach out and close customers
・Manage customer accounts and integrate services
・Assisting in identifying business opportunities through evaluating, researching and analyzing the market
・Establishing new potential channels
・Assist in establishing partnerships and collaborations with the travel industry
・Understand hospitality management processes and operations
Requirement
