We develop chatbot engine called Rebot
The same engine is used for two chatbot services such as Givery's SYNALIO and PEP
Synalio is a chatbot service for marketing and customer service purposes
PEP is a chatbot service for workplace integrated with many messaging platforms such as Slack, Line Works and Microsoft Teams
The company started back in 2016 with two engineers a half year later Rebot was launched since then we provide chatbot services to over 400 companies on busy days we serve over 100 millions simultaneous chat sessions
We hope that our service is widely used and you may have used our service somewhere
Resola is a diverse team of smart creatives who work closely with our clients from the very beginning of a project to the growth of the service
We will continue to create truly useful services in a variety of areas such as digital marketing, work style improvement, customer success and so forth
なぜやるのか
We established Resola in 2016 our vision is to “keep creating a future that we don't see yet”
In that time AI products/services grow a lot in the market. However many of them are not actually using “AI” or using 'AI' as a marketing tool
We see technology as a method to achieve a goal. We use the right technology in the right place to create services to make our life better and interesting
We feel great pleasure when our service, which is developed with our genuine passion, is widely recognized and valued by the public
With the exponential progress of technologies, we continue to provide better future

Think engineers work environment
In order to achieve our vision we put high priority on how we can improve engineers creativity and productivity
Diversity
We are a diverse team of engineers from 8 countries; Japan, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, USA, France, Brazil and Philippines
This environment generates atmosphere for open discussion
Decentralized
Engineers are supposed to focus on creative tasks, creative tasks can be achieved anywhere and any time unfortunately in Japan even creative professionals need to spend two hours for jam packed commuting we believe spending these hours for family or studying makes our life better
However we also see pros and cons of complete remote working and for that reason we have half of the team remote and half on-site by individual needs
