Having specialty coffee from micro-roasters in Japan is possible at Reaktor!

It may come as a surprise, but did you know Finnish people consume the MOST coffee in the world per capita? When you think about the coffee capital of Europe, you probably thought of Italy, or perhaps France.

At Reaktor, a typical work day starts by going upstairs and brewing coffee or checking to see if one of our colleagues have already brewed some. Then, another cup after lunch, a coffee break with colleagues in the afternoon and maybe another cup after we've wrapped up the day. With coffee being such an ingrained aspect of Finnish life, this coffee culture in the workplace came rather naturally for us. When one of us is brewing coffee, it naturally becomes a social hub, where our employees can hang out together in an informal setting to have a casual chat and come up with creative ideas.
