なにをやっているのか
High Five Kids is an international pre-school that wants kids to be kids. We allow our children to learn English naturally, just as if they are at home. Between the ages of 1 1/2 and 6 years old, studying should not be a focus of children. Teaching the kids to socialize and become strong independent thinkers and doers is our goal.
なぜやるのか
Teaching children in a pre-school environment is one of the hardest jobs I can think of. Emotionally and physically draining, it's not a job for the faint of heart. Our staff take pride in what they are doing. We are not working with a product but with human beings and each one has their own character, with good days and bad days. You always have to be able to have good days and keep your bad days at home.
どうやっているのか
We may have different classes based on age but we must all help each other and work as a team unit. Helping each other and at the same time taking responsibility for your own actions is key. Patience, sense of humor, working late because you want to not because you feel you have to. But most of all taking pride in what you are doing.
