Our 10,000 square-foot private facility is fully equipped with an ER treatment area, an ICU, dedicated dog, cat and exotics wards, two underwater rehabilitation treadmills, three surgical suites (one with fluoroscopy), two X-Ray rooms with digital radiography, ultrasound and scope rooms, echocardiography, a CT room. We provide a walk-in service for emergency cases which works in the same way as a human hospital. Cases are triaged by an emergency nurse, and assessed by our emergency and critical care team. Our referral services for canine and feline patients are by referral only. Clients are encouraged to speak to their primary care vets if a referral is required. We strive with work together with your primary care vet to make sure there is continuity of care for your loved one. The avian and exotics department will see primary care patients as well as referrals for our exotics specialist to consult on complex cases. Although a referral is not strictly required, we encourage you to get a referral from your primary vet if you have one before scheduling an appointment as we would love to work with your existing veterinarian to provide the best care for your pet.

Dr Rina Maguire has more than 10 years of experience working with birds, exotic species and wildlife. Dr Rina's Beecroft Bird & Exotics Veterinary Clinic which was located in Siglap marked another first, providing Singapore with its only facility exclusively for avian and exotic species. In an effort to meet gaps in pre-operative patient management and help his post-operative surgical patients, Beecroft opened Singapore's first Veterinary Rehabilitation and Hydrotherapy Centre (VRH) later in 2018. VRH’s team of physiotherapists, hydrotherapists as well as a chiropractic/acupuncture vet was located in Balestier and saw patients from all over Singapore. In 2019, Dr Rina Maguire joined the group as a specialist in exotic companion mammals. In 2021, Beecroft continued its expansion and translocated all three existing services to one location to make Beecroft a one-stop hub for specialist-level veterinary care for all animals.
