We don't do hurried lunches at out desks, because they can afford to take a break. We care more about employee's well being than their physical presence in the office. Come down and experience it for yourself and help yourself to the pantry too.
To strengthen our knowledge acquisition culture, the company provides learning leaves and productivity fund for all full-time employees
We do allow our people to come in to work within a 2 hour leeway of official working hours, and leave work at the corresponding 8-hour mark. Employees who have been with the company for 3 years and above are allowed to be tele-commuting and working from locations of their choice for a maximum of up to 2 days per month, subject to project requirements.
We're not just developers, designers, nor consultants- we're problem solvers, and we move with a calculated and iterative methodology, diving deep into problems through research and gusto. We execute fast, analyse and iterate. It's a constant learning process and an ethnic we're proud of.
