Hayato INOMATA is currently a Manager at Community Healthcare Coordination Platform (CHCP), since August 2022.

Previously, Mr. Inomata was section chief within the Planning and Coordination Department of Care Partner K.K., which provides nursing services at 78 locations domestically. His responsibilities include the pursuit of new business ventures, due diligence procedures for mergers and acquisitions, and internal auditing. He has held this role since November 2018.

Prior to this, from February 2013 he was a Manager within the Corporate Planning Department of INQUVEX, Inc., an independent consulting firm specializing in small and middle-sized businesses, based in Yokohama, Japan. Mr. Inomata supports the planning and opening of new medical and nursing care serving businesses.

Previously, he was a Director of Home Care Business at JAPAN NIGHT CARE CENTER Ltd., an elderly care services provider that offers 24-hour/ 365-day assistance, from August 2011 to January 2013. Prior to this, he held various positions in the care service field such as a Care Service Manager at a care service provider, a Care House Manager for a public project, a Director of a home for the elderly run by a real estate company, and a General Manager of new business development at a care-home management company.

Prior to these positions, he experienced the launch of geriatric health services facilities managed by a community hospital as chief of the day-care division, and also served as a care worker at a home for the elderly for 4.5 years from 1996.

Mr. Inomata holds a license for Certified Care Worker, Certified Care Manager, Medical Management Specialist, and other over 10 care-service-related licenses. He was also involved in various activities such as research for nursing care at Kwansei Gakuin University for 1 and half years from 2005, and a project related to Diver City at Tokyo University of the Arts.
