I joined the Helpo2 renew project during its Proof of Concept (POC) period as a key member, focusing on building the entire infrastructure on AWS. The project involved migrating from IBM, which resulted in significant cost savings and increased efficiency. Key Achievements: Infrastructure Development: Spearheaded the design and implementation of a robust AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Migration: Successfully migrated all services and data from IBM to AWS, reducing operational costs and improving performance. Cost Savings: By optimizing resource allocation and utilizing AWS services effectively, we achieved substantial cost savings. Efficiency Improvements: Streamlined operations and enhanced the system's responsiveness and availability. Successful Release: The renewed Helpo2 platform was successfully released on April 15, 2024, meeting all project deadlines and quality standards.

Early started member on Miramed project released on 2021 November
