As a business development specialist, my main jobscope is to be able to secure appointments/ meetings with potential prospect that are looking into training courses available. Other job scope include leads generating, prospecting through LinkedIn Navigator, Discover.Org. Proficient in SalesForce.
Through this position, I had the opportunity to further develop my professional skills as well as gain the perspective from a strategic management standpoint for a client’s growth in the logistics sector through optimisation and streamlining of their processes. I was also required to connect with clients and establish partnerships by analysing & proposing solutions to help grow their businesses.
Running Lab was a different and exciting sales environment that tested my customer service abilities as customers often come in requiring detailed consultations on products. My role included providing clients with diagnosing and understanding different footwear to fit their needs. I was also heavily involved in inventory ordering and management to keep up with the demand of the store.
