As an accomplished Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) in Japan, I meticulously crafted creative and effective English language lessons while maintaining a dynamic and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Collaborating seamlessly with Japanese educators, I not only contributed to students' language proficiency but also demonstrated adaptability by serving as a substitute teacher when required.

Provide customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries. This includes having thorough knowledge of in-store books and merchandise locations as to respond promptly and helpfully to customers.

Duties included helping case managers curate lesson plans, collecting data on each student's academic, behavioral, and social progress, and working with students in small groups to run their individualized goals.

Applied strong leadership talents and problem- solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows to meet any daily demands. Due to these skill I was able to move up to the supervisor position to help open up a new Dunkin' Donuts location. This location grew to become one of the most profitable Dunkin' Donuts stores in the area.
