現状だとツールによって環境変数が全然違います：
Azure → AZURE_CORE_COLLECT_TELEMETRY=0

Homebrew → HOMEBREW_NO_ANALYTICS
など
良さそうですね！
ただ、テレメトリがデフォルトで有効になっているのが一番問題だと思います。

以前も話したことがありますが、Linux カーネルの Rust 対応が大分進んでいます！
上記のメールからしたらいくつかの会社が支援しているようです：

Hopefully we will be able to submit select Hyper-V drivers written in Rust in the coming months.

Xbox Live を簡単に解約できる UI を作ったらしいですが、その前は電話でしか解約できませんでした。
リリースしたら解約がとても増えたから部長にすぐ削除しろと指示されたらしいです。
ちなみにカリフォルニア州ではオンラインで契約できるものを必ずオンラインで解約もできるようにしなければならない法律があります。
