I worked full time as an Administrative Assistant in the Japan branch of our family business. I was in charged of answering phone calls, making schedules, taking down meeting schedules, and taking notes of the minutes of the meeting, handing in papers, sending emails, etc.

In my course we focused mainly on critical thinking, problem solving, research, and writing. I believe that the skills that I learned from this course help me in being able to manage the tasks and issues that my clients have for the success of their businesses.
