大学学部時代にはコンピュータサイエンスを専攻。研究内容としては無線通信が専門で、CDMAや4G等の基礎知識をつけるとともに、自身の研究としては車々間通信を用いた衝突回避と対象車両の速度を無線信号のドップラー効果によって計算するモデルの設計に関わる。その後大学院修士時代には、自動運転アルゴリズムの開発と燃費の最適化、モデル検証用に交通流のシミュレータをC++で構築し、モデルのパラメータキャリブレーションを行うことによって精度の向上に努めた。また、日産自動車、NEDO、産総研等との共同研究を通じて、実務レベルでの研究開発を経験。新卒でゴールドマンサックス証券に入社。テクノロジー部にて、株式・...

End of the month celebration!

We have 9 internal members and 3 partners as of May 2021. As a team culture, we believe that teamwork is fostered by each member's maximum output. All members work together toward their goals to produce results. We are still a new company, so our company values are still being defined, but for now: 1. Let's drink delicious sake Each person puts their best effort to achieve their monthly goal. At the end of the month, everyone celebrates their accomplishments by drinking delicious sake. Don't worry if you are not good at drinking, because we also celebrate with delicious food. 2. A bit of madness We always try to be a little crazy at work. The idea is to work with a slightly crazy idea, rather than pursuing a straightforward answer or general correctness. All ideas are welcome. We proceed with the business while valuing ideas as a team.

Due to our expansion, we are looking for a mid-career Ruby on Rails Engineer to join the team! If you love learning and taking on new challenges, this is the job for you. We use both Japanese and English in the office. Fluency in at least one is preferred. Let's have a chat!
