We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and diligent all-rounder who is interested to be part of a SME-type start up. While there is nothing fancy about our business, our industry is one of the 4 main pillars (衣,食,住,行) of what every person needs - STAY. Traditionally, this is a Corporate Sales function where you have to sell our rooms to Corporations and Expats. However, we are seeking to work with someone who can manage a broader job scope. What you'll be doing: - Transforming us from Serviced Apartment to Co-living branding - Leading corporate sales and partnerships - Assisting with B2B and B2C marketing - Assisting Front Desk and Concierge service operations - Oversee operations including housekeeping representatives Prepare to get your hands dirty because you will get direct hands-on experience on what it takes to manage and grow a hospitality business. As a homegrown and family business, we are lean and able to multi-task to support one another, and most importantly, translate this into our Guests' experiencing their stay with us like their own home.
