RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retail Expertise:
Provide expert advice to retail businesses on optimizing supply chains, enhancing customer experiences, and improving overall retail operations.
Analyze and report on retail-specific KPIs such as foot traffic, conversion rates, and average order value to drive data-informed decision-making.
E-commerce Expertise:
Advise e-commerce platforms on customer segmentation, user experience optimization, and supply chain efficiency.
Implement AI-driven solutions, such as product recommendations, dynamic pricing, and personalized marketing, to reduce cart abandonment and improve conversion rates.
Client Engagement & Solutioning:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into technical solutions leveraging Data & AI technologies.
Support the sales team by creating tailored proposals, demos, and presentations that address client-specific requirements and opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, Data & AI engineers, and other technical teams to ensure seamless designing and implementing the solutions as per alignment with customer alignment.
Support post-sales activities (if required) to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in presales engineering, consulting, or a related role, focusing on retail or e-commerce solutions.
Solid understanding and working experiences of Data & AI-driven solutions in retail and e-commerce segmentation.
Languages:
Fluency in both English and Japanese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Skills:
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and customer loyalty programs within e-commerce and retail segmentation.
Ability to analyze and optimize sales strategies using data-driven insights.
