About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Japan Ticketing Vertical to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the ticketing and attractions industry, with established connections within transportation operators, theme parks, museums, and other key ticketing suppliers. This role requires fluency in both Japanese and English and will focus on acquiring and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth within the ticketing vertical.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Supplier Acquisition
・Identify and onboard key ticketing suppliers, including rail operators, theme parks, cultural attractions, and other entertainment venues.
・Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the Japan ticketing product portfolio.
・Communicate KKday’s business strengths and brand value to ticketing partners.
・Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and strategic agreements with suppliers to maximize business opportunities.
・Propose and implement joint marketing promotions with ticketing operators to attract foreign visitors to Japan.
・Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
2. Account & Relationship Management
・Build and maintain strong relationships with ticketing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and business growth.
・Conduct regular business reviews with key suppliers to assess performance and optimize sales potential.
・Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to effectively promote ticketing products.
・Provide partners with insights and recommendations to enhance their offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Market Insights
・Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of ticketing-related services.
