Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) role for 'Sales Marker.' Through strategic marketing activities aimed at achieving business objectives, you will shape market perception and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Research on target markets and customer needs
- Analysis of competitor products and development of differentiation strategies
- Product positioning and messaging
- Definition of the product's value proposition
- Creation of effective messaging for target customers
- Development and execution of Go-to-Market strategy
- Development and execution of launch plans for new products and features
- Training and providing materials to internal and external stakeholders
- Creating sales support materials and materials for the sales team
- Planning marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, improving conversion rates, and increasing usage among existing customers
- Performance measurement, analysis, and proposal of improvements
- Setting and tracking product KPIs (e.g., product feature usage)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for a SaaS or software product
- 2+ years of experience as a marketer in an IT or web-based company
- Experience working in a multinational, cross-functional team (English proficiency required)
- Strong self-management skills
- High problem-solving ability
Nice to Have
- Experience in project management or consulting for IT-related projects
- 2+ years of experience in corporate sales within digital marketing-related activities
- Experience leading projects while involving others, taking responsibility for execution and results
