The name Space Dog signifies our mission to detect, explore, and acquire the vast resources of space like a dog, contributing to the advancement and survival of humanity. To achieve this, we aim to be involved in the development of space robots.
First, what is necessary to realize this vision is to gather people, educate them, and build a strong team. To accomplish this, we have chosen the SES business as our first step.
Both the SES business and the space business require continuous technical advancement. By refining our skills, we can contribute to the people involved in both the SES and space businesses. Additionally, the techniques and ideas we gain through the SES business can be applied to space development, and the knowledge from space development can enhance our SES business. We want to create a cycle where both businesses mutually enhance and grow. Reaching this point is the first major goal our company aims to achieve.
どうやっているのか
Since our company is still in its early stages, we are starting with a blank slate and have no established culture yet. However, one of the key principles we are considering for the future is transparency in management.
We plan to ensure that everyone in the company, regardless of their position, will have access to the latest key financial indicators. This will make our efforts visible and, by understanding the flow of money, it will clarify where we stand in relation to the business’s vision and goals.
Other cultural aspects and work systems will be something we create together as we move forward!

We are looking for engineers who can leverage their technical skills while handling projects and making an impact! We offer the opportunity for full remote work or a 4-day workweek, giving you the chance to create a work style that suits you.
During a casual interview, we’ll discuss your preferred development areas, work style, and work location. If we determine that we can offer a job that aligns with your preferences, we’ll move forward with the selection process.
No experience? No problem! If necessary, we’ll provide opportunities for programming school participation or in-house technical training, so feel free to reach out to us first.

We’re looking for candidates who:
Have engineering skills: Experience with embedded systems (C++), ROS2, or Ubuntu, or have an interest in these areas.
Possess communication skills: Able to communicate smoothly with clients or are eager to develop communication skills.
Are self-starters: Able to drive project progress proactively, or aspiring to be a PM (Project Manager) or PL (Project Leader) in the future.
Want to work as a freelancer or business owner: Seeking a flexible work style (contract or freelance work is possible).
Flexible Work Style: As the representative, I personally transitioned to full remote work after becoming an independent freelance engineer. This allows me to spend time with my beloved Toy Poodle, Puel.
