As a new team member
Join our team at Happiness Initiative as a Research and Development Intern, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our well-being programs and products. This role involves conducting research, analysing data, and contributing innovative ideas to further our mission of making well-being skills accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on well-being research trends
2) Assist in designing and implementing research studies
3) Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights
4) Collaborate with the team to develop and improve well-being programs and products
5) Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of well-being and mental health.
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
1) Gain hands-on experience in research and development within a social enterprise
2) Develop skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
3) Learn to apply well-being research to real-world programs and products
4) Contribute to the enhancement of well-being initiatives.
Duration of Internship: 6 months
Daily Working Hours: 10.00am - 6.00pm
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Minimum Qualification: Polytechnic Diploma
Requirements:
1) Currently psychology, sociology, or a related field
2) Strong research and analytical skills
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4) Passion for promoting well-being and mental health.
