Business Practicum in Collaboration with Eu Yan Sang
In a group of 5, as part of Eu Yan Sang’s pursuit of global expansion we were tasked to identify a suitable market and come up with a business proposal. We choose Thailand due to its growing consumer health industry, large Chinese community and self-medication and wellness trend. We proposed to target the working adults by launching energy and vitality based products like Cordyceps. We also proposed marketing strategies like instore advertising and social media marketing, raise brand awareness via information booths, and create brand loyalty through fitness app. Pitched our business proposal to Eu Yan Sang’s chairman, Richard Eu and other directors, and received constructive feedback. Overall, gained exposure in being in a consultancy environment.
