1) Kaya Toast Chit Chat 🎙️

The birth of "Kaya Toast Chit Chat," Wantedly's first-ever podcast, was an exhilarating rollercoaster of fun and learning! Co-hosting alongside Natasha, my dynamic partner in podcasting crime and fellow marketing intern, we dove headfirst into captivating, authentic conversations about the HR landscape. From hot trends to sizzling tips, we spilt the tea and exchanged valuable insights with our audience. Throughout the episodes, I immersed myself in different perspectives, honing the art of understanding diverse viewpoints and deftly weighing the pros and cons. Not to mention, our seamless communication and chemistry infused each chat with boundless energy and wit. 😎

Our podcast became a treasure trove of laughter, thought-provoking discussions, and an unwavering shared passion for work and life. 2) Wantedly Swaggy Shirt 👕

Designing Wantedly's shirt with the marketing team was a magical journey into the world of design and creativity! We brainstormed numerous ideas, experimented with different colours and graphics, and brought our wildest imaginations to life on those shirts! It was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with talented minds and unleash our inner artistic flair.

Watching our swag shirts come to life and proudly worn by the team at our annual volunteering event this year in partnership with Hope Centre was such a heartwarming sight! It wasn't just a shirt but a symbol of our unity and dedication to making a difference. Wearing the Wantedly shirt, adorned with the design we poured our hearts into, added an extra dose of enthusiasm and excitement to the day's activities. For me, it was a moment of pride and accomplishment, knowing that my contribution made this event even more meaningful. Witnessing the rest of the team rocking our creation was incredibly gratifying - it was like seeing our creativity come to life! Moments like these remind me why I love being part of the Wantedly family, where passion and purpose intersect.

3) Lights, Camera, Action 📸

Embarking on our first internal photoshoot and video shoot for a client was an enlightening experience, brimming with creative challenges and opportunities. Initially, it felt like a daunting task having to build and plan everything from scratch. However, our tenacious team spirit and shared learning passion propelled us on this exciting journey. We had many learning points after lots of research and exchanging ideas during several meetings. From pre-production planning to the actual shoot to post-production, we embraced our roles with dedication and enthusiasm, each step bringing us closer to our collective vision of the outcome. All in all, beyond honing our creative prowess, this undertaking fostered a profound sense of camaraderie within our team.

As my internship journey with Wantedly ends, I am filled with gratitude and a profound sense of fulfilment. The camaraderie, laughter, and personal growth I experienced here have shaped me in ways I never imagined. As I close this chapter, I know the lessons and experiences I've gained will stay with me forever. Thank you, Wantedly, for a joy, challenges, and growth-filled summer. Onward to new adventures!
